REI Planetary Design Large French Coffee Press made of 18-8 Stainless Steel, Double Wall Vacuum Insulated to keep your coffee hot for the long haul.  It features a non-slip bottom, lid with strainer and spout with strainer.  How do you use this beauty on your outdoor (or indoor) adventures?  Just add coarse ground coffee (or loose leaf tea for our tea-lovers) and near-boiling water.  Let it steep for about 4 minutes.  Then, you press down the plunger to sink your grounds and pour yourself a hot cup of joe!  The fine mesh on the spout helps keep out any additional grounds that may have entered the chamber.  Hand wash with soap and water.  The container, rod, and screen are all made of the 18-8 stainless steel previously mentioned.  The plastic is polypropylene and the gaskets are silicone rubber, according to the manufacturer.  Make a great pot of coffee for you and all your friends with this fantastic REI product.  REI sells fine quality outdoor and athletic merchandise and this item encompasses all you've come to expect from REI-- quality, durability, and effectiveness.

We pack items very carefully. If your item does end up damaged from the carrier, we will ask that you send us photographs of the damaged item and packaging to aid us in submitting a refund claim.
